INTRODUCTION OF SABERA FOUNDATION IN LOS ANGELES (2001)

Penélope Cruz and Tom Cruise co-hosted the introduction of Sabera Foundation in Los Angeles in September 2001. Them personally invited to all the major artists to a screening of a very powerful documentary filmed in the streets of Calcutta. The introduction had place at the Creative Artist Agency in Beverly Hills. After the event, people like Melanie Griffith, Antonio Banderas, Mena Suvary, Salma Hayek, Edward Norton, Tracy Griffith and Mia Maestro.

Thanks to the introduction of Sabera in Los Angeles Melanie and Tracy Griffith have joined forces to produce a CD, the proceeds of which will benefit the foundation. The production of the Sabera CD for peace, with the support of Melanie and Tracy Griffith will be a mix of songs from famous singers from all over the world, toghether with leader and well known representatives of peace. Will be a combination and mix of the American, English, Latin and Indian Cultures with the theme of Global Solidarity as a truly reason for world peace. At this moment, most of the songs are recorded and the worldwide introduction will be held at the Fundraising Dinner Gala which will be placed on 10th October 2002 in New York.
